Welcome to the environment of comfortable development. A newcomer to any business experiences stress and loneliness. We can help set the mood and introduce you to your surroundings. To begin, we invite you to an introductory intensive, where you will have the opportunity to test the methodology.
Motivation and purpose
How does a child plan his life for ten years ahead? You can't. Even the state can't do that. That's why the entire adolescent period is a testing ground for testing yourself in different directions. Our task is to create an environment filled with challenges and adventures. Achievement will point a vector. Where to aim, how to divide the path to the goal into tasks - we will help to identify interests and form individual trajectories of development.
Online Learning
One of the steps on the way to the goal is the school program, the knowledge of which must be confirmed in the exams. Let's do it quickly, efficiently, and let's get to the other important components of development!

Serious Games
We will teach physics, Russian, computer science, and other subjects through a game story, forming a holistic view of the world, working in teams with excitement. Emotionally colored knowledge is better remembered, the game gives us the opportunity to apply it in practice, and situational models stir up the areas of the brain responsible for creativity.
Interdisciplinary competencies
Every intensity, game, or project is a new team, new challenges, and new interactions. We learn how to think systematically, test hypotheses, take responsibility, follow through, and communicate with others.
Joint adventures
There are things that cannot be developed in an online format. We need regular meetings to develop empathy, expression of feelings, live communication and discussion of lived experiences. We don't need a classroom for this, we'll go to a museum, a park, a yacht, a friendly school event.
Progress and Achievement
All successes and obstacles are reflected in real time on the individual track of the educational online platform. Somewhere a peer will help, somewhere a mentor and subject teacher will help, there is a difficult question - we will find an expert. We do not see the evaluation of one person by another, but the path recorded by the system, which the child overcame consciously, step by step developing himself.

  • I would like to write my opinion about the intensive. To be honest, I did not think that there would be any "good" from this experiment. By the middle of the week I realized that I was very wrong😂. I sat myself and sorted out a few assignments while my son allowed😂. I also had to talk him into letting me watch and even more to ask him to let me try the test😂. But my biggest and most unexpected observation was that he worked great as a team. I thought he was more of a "loner." And during the week, I saw him organizing everyone in his group. Working out schemes on how to improve everyone's performance on the team. I think the whole team was very cohesive. But what I saw looking at my son really surprised me! A very worthwhile project! Indeed, as you said at the meeting-that the developers promised that the deli would completely change! I saw in my son, such qualities that I did not even guess, in the best sense! And I was also surprised that I did not have to force him to do something! 😄 The whole week 100% interest in the project! And now it's very hard to do that for today's kids.

  • The educational environment holds the requirements of the law, automatically fixes the learning result of the group (collective) and the personal result of each individual, provides the development of technology conscious mentoring in the form of "student-student", allows for multi-age interaction. The teacher's activity in such an educational environment changes fundamentally. He or she has to hold three positions: psychologist, expert teacher, and teacher skilled in organizing activity-based games. The Online Intensive is just one step in the big journey into the world of Education. But even this small step, 5 days long, lived together with children, allowed us to rethink the process of getting education for children who have long been living in another reality. Personal participation in the game revealed its own deficiencies (insufficient knowledge of digital resources, lack of mobility) and advantages (the ability to enter into communication as a "peer with a peer", to take responsibility for the result of the team game).

    Slight (not long) frustration that the girlfriend in different teams, but all the more interesting, though it is more difficult to find a common language with unfamiliar people, to unite and be a team! Discovering people from sides you didn't know all about. Difficult, interesting and completely unfamiliar tasks, in which I had to fit in, to understand, to hear, to understand, to participate. Team spirit developed, one for all and all for one. Feelings when something did not work out or did not turn out as planned, the joy when the chosen strategy turned out to be a winner, excitement and pride for one's teammates. It is difficult, because there is no habit of being in tension for so long, there is no such a concentration of difficult cases with a limited time frame in daily life. The use of knowledge, which, it seemed, could never be useful. After all, you do not always understand (especially children) when what stock of information (knowledge) will be needed. New knowledge and skills, understanding where you could do better and what you need to work on.
